For as long as I can remember, I have been helping to build winning teams and supporting corporations to realize their goals. I do this through experience, intuitiveness and an example based approach.

There tends to be something missing in the Human Capital field. Many HR firms’ and HR teams’ solutions and strategies are built using the same model, regardless of the situation. This approach at times can lead to long, drawn out and massively expensive processes that can result in counterproductive outcomes. My extensive background in employee relations and leadership allows me to quickly assess team, individual and corporate needs.  There isn’t a one “size fits all” when it comes to people.  I work with the dynamics and specific needs of each client to determine the best approach of fostering high performing teams that align with the business needs and goals. Helping corporations and individuals realize their potential their own, individual way.  This is my passion.

She founded HR Resolution Inc. in 2010 and is dedicated to helping corporate leaders and individuals achieve their vision through strategic coaching and advisory support. Her success within the Human Capital field comes from over 20 years of diverse experience, an extensive knowledge base of HR leadership and functionality along with a flawless reputation as a problem solver and visionary. She has a keen eye for what works. Carrie has been a Trusted Advisor and Leader to many large and mid- size corporations across Canada including Accenture, Bell Canada, Kinko’s (now FedEx) Marks & Spencer and ECCO. She continues to provide her passion, expertise and vision to small, medium and large companies as their Trusted Advisor, Strategic Coach and Human Capital expert.

In her progressive roles at Accenture whether as a Canadian Lead for Senior Executive Matters, Rewards & Progression, Employee Relations Lead or Elevate & Reward Talent Lead, Carrie has initiated and led many successful Human Capital strategies.

What sets her apart is her pragmatic approach and a heightened sense of intuition which make her the perfect collaborator for any executive looking to solve their Human Capital challenges.
